Ness is considered by many to be one of several characters which has a severely underdeveloped metagame. Through use of double jump cancels, the Yoyo Glitch, and jackets, these revolutionary players, although not yet heavily affecting his tier placement, have brought a large amount of respect for themselves and their bat weilding partners.
