Giant Melee is a Special Melee option in Super Smash Bros. Melee. In both games, it has the permanent effect of making characters bigger, similar to a Super Mushroom: they also gain the increased weight effect of the Super Mushroom. Touching a Poison Mushroom makes them normal sized for a while, while touching a Super Mushroom makes them even bigger.

Giant Melee returns in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a Special Brawl option, but under the name Mega.
