Lloyd is a playable character from a Japan only game called Mother A.K.A EarthBound Zero. He is the first character to join Ninten's party. Lloyd's name is actually spelled Loid in the English prototype of EarthBound Zero. He is a nerd who wears glasses, a red shirt, black shorts, yellow socks and red shoes. Even though he is only 11 years old, Lloyd has grayish hair. In Mother, he attends the Twinkle Elementary school in Merrysville. He gets picked on a lot. To avoid this, he hides in a trash can on the roof of the school. To make Lloyd join Ninten, Ninten must visit Sweet Little's Factory and obtain a bottle rocket and give it to Lloyd. Loid is devious, intelligent and timid and is a complete weakling. Lloyd appears as a sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The Lloyd sticker ups a "PK" attack by 6.

Many people believe that Jeff is Lloyd's EarthBound counterpart.
