Mario Superstar Baseball

Mario Superstar Baseball is a video game in the Mario series. In order to play, a captain is chosen along with sidekicks to form a baseball team. Pitching and hitting can be performed, similar to a regular baseball game, although, captains can receive special powerups for hitting and pitching. The Challenge Mode is a story where a captain and a full roster is chosen. As other teams are played, it is possible to recruit other players . After all the teams have been defeated the boulder blocking the way to Bowser's Castle is unearthed. Now it is possible to play Bowser's team and "beat" the game. There are also minigames to play in Challenge Mode or for Free Play.
