Pigs

From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki

Pigs are characters from Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

They appear as interactive elements on some of the islands, that is, they just roam around. They are first seen on Outset Island, where the story begins. Link can sneak up on the Pigs and carry them over his head. They can also be thrown. Throwing them in the water shows that they can swim, and they will paddle back to the nearest shore. Whilst not enemies, they can be attacked. This is useful for a little practice at the start of the game when Link first receives his sword. The Pigs take the damage and run, but multiple hits enrage them and they charge into Link, dealing damage and pushing him over. They cannot be killed, however. Bait makes pigs come over.If you throw a pig in the pen on the hill talk to the fat woman and she'll reward you with a red rubie (20 worth.)

[edit] In Super Smash Bros. Brawl

The Pigs appear as a randomly obtainable Trophy and as part of a Sticker. They also make an appearance in two of Toon Link's victory poses.

[edit] Trophy Description

The Pigs Trophy in SSBB Trophy Gallery

"Cute creatures that roam the land. They are usually pink or black but are also sometimes patterned or even miniature. Perhaps due to their timid natures, they tend to run away when approached. To catch them, you need to creep towards them ever so slowly. Throwing them in the water will reveal that they can swim back to the shore, not by "doggy-paddling" but by "piggy-paddling"."

[edit] Sticker Effect

The Pigs appear as part of the Sticker, Link & Pigs. This is a large, rarer sticker that greatly increases the chance of a player obtaining a sticker from defeating an enemy in the Subspace Emissary.

Sticker Drops + 40 (Applicable to all characters.)

[edit] As a victory pose

The Pigs appear in two of Toon Link's victory poses. In one, Link attempts to catch a running Pig, but stumbles and injures himself. In the other, Link manages to catch the Pig and holds it triumphantly over his head.
