Princess Peach's castle is the ruling house of the Mushroom Kingdom, and is where Princess Peach both lives and operates, along with her many Toad servants. The location appears as stages in Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee.

The castle, which doesn't have a proper name, is located in the Mushroom Kingdom, and it and its ruling princess Peach are constantly the target of Bowser.
