The SSBM Ranking Project: Roy Is Top Tier (usually shortened to Roy Is Top Tier or RiTT) was a project to document every character match-up in the game, with the ultimate purpose of creating an accurate tier list. It was founded by helsing and featured Qwester, DaRkNeSsOfHeArT, MaskedSheik and Tobias Xelkythe as frequent members. While the message boards included a lot of discussion about match-ups, no consensus or votes were ever firmly established and thus, a tier list was never achieved. Roy Is Top Tier fell into inactivity in 2006.
