I don't like the merger. It has those annoying side wrappers and looks ugly. I want my "Master Hand grabbing a Smash emblem" back! Tatanga4brawl 01:19, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Change your default skin. Using the "Monaco" skin will get rid of the annoying side wrappers.

[edit] Images?

Maybe it's only like this for my dial-up browser, but right now none of the images on the SmashWiki articles that were on the original SmashWiki are displaying on this wiki, as if it was only the article text that was transferred over during the merge. Is there any process going on right now where all the thousands of images on SmashWiki are being transferred over to Wikia, or are we going to have to manually reupload every single image? :( Erik Jensen ^{(Appreciate me here!)} 06:48, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Huh, well! There's a valid solution there. Basically, until the Wikia tech dudes perform something technical to purge every image on the wikia back to normal, we can manually purge our images back to existence this way:

Go to the image's page and click the edit tab so that your URL address bar reads like "http://super-smash-bros.wikia.com/index.php?title=Image:Mariomelee.jpg&action=edit". Change the "edit" part at the end to "purge", and enter that new URL twice in a row until the image is restored back to former glory. This should actually be an easy thing to do for even a group of broadband users for the whole wiki, I've restored all the images on Mario to start off with. =D Erik Jensen ^{(Appreciate me here!)} 07:18, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

I went and purged all the images from Stickers, the Mario series, and Pokemon Series. I also went and did some of the Assist Trophies...but this is tiring work. Just wait for the Wikia people to come and fix it. In the meantime, we should move this question to the main page to avoid people deleting images (like what I accidentally did) :P--Misken67 04:46, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
