Marcus "Aurelius" Bonilla started playing the Super Smash series the first day Super Smash Bros. was released for the Nintendo 64 in America. His appreciation for the Legend of Zelda series led him to pick Link as his main character. He trained relentlessly against his friends after school. He purchased a Gamecube the first day of release, as well as Super Smash Brothers Melee a couple of weeks later. He kept Link as his main character out of loyalty, but picked up Samus and Captain Falcon as his secondary characters. With his cousin, Jonathan "Adobo", he trained for multiple tournaments. He joined Beat Down Inc. in anticipation of the release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
