Cory Beegle (born November 28, 1989) is an American Semi - Pro Smasher playing at a level equal to the Pros. He is well known around Northeastern Ohio for his unique skills, mind games and personality. He uses Marth, Link, and Meta Knight. Sheik and Ice Climbers remain possible character selections for Cory as he becomes better and better with each passing day. Cory will attend Ashland University next year where he will major in psychology and his minor will be in criminal investigation. His favorite foods include Papa John's, tacos, Swedish Fish, Chipotle, Monster and ice cream. His other interests in life (other than Smash) have been reading, taking long walks in his woods, and hacky sack. Cory is also a great person, helping his friends and family with problems in both their personal and professional lives. Recent tournament appearances includes FC6 where he place 112th out of 312 and the Bedford Tournaments where his results are on it's way.

Eric Hillier, Cory's crew mate, played with Cory ever since the N64 days and has been playing against him ever since then.

Cory's first interest in games was first playing the great series of "The Legend of Zelda" which his now "crew mate" Eric let him borrow on the N64. From that day on, he gained a major interest in action / adventure games but had a truly enjoyed being competivie in anything.
