ChiboSempai is an American smasher originally from Brigantine, New Jersey who attends college at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

[edit] Etymology
Formerly known as "ElChibo", ChiboSempai was tired of everyone thinking he was Mexican, so he decided to change his nickname in August of 2007. This decision was also puzzling, because the suffix of "sempai" is of course Japanese, while Chibo is not, thus furthering the confusion over his race to people who haven't met him.

ChiboSempai currently goes to Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA where he spends all his time playing Smash and training with others such as GOTM (used to be known as BeamMeUp), Chocobo, Scar, Cactuar, and more. ChiboSempai mains Samus in Super Smash Bros. Melee, and is generally considered to main no one else, as he is much worse with every other character.
When times are rough and he is faced with a terrible matchup for his Samus, he may resort to Falco, preferably against Ganondorf and if he has an open stage. In the past, ChiboSempai has mained Young Link and Mario.
In September of 2007, ChiboSempai dropped his secondary, Doctor Mario, from his lineup of characters and added his new low-tier character, Kirby. With the loss of Doctor Mario, he moved Falco up to his secondary.
Starting around October of 2007, ChiboSempai dropped all mentioning of a low tier character, as he sucks with all of them. Falco also dropped off his roster of characters, and added Jigglypuff who he is seen to use in team matches every now and then.
ChiboSempai is currently in the crew Titans of Smash with other players such as GOTM, MexiMadnez, and more. Since the creation of the crew, we have recruited plenty of good players such as Triad, Vex Kasrani, and TenNoTensai. Oddly enough we haven't been to a single crew battle, as every big one that has come up such as Smashtality or a TSA tournament, there are always problems with members working or other events going on.
ChiboSempai has attended many Melee tournaments including SPOC II, III, IV, and V, CoT I and II, Pound 3, and more. He is credited with hosting CoT I and II along with GOTM, and the VGXPO's SSBM Tournaments on Saturday and Sunday.
ChiboSempai has been a fan of the Smash series for a long time, dating back to Smash 64, however he did not get into the tournament scene until November or 2006. Besides Smash, he is quite skilled at many other games, and once help a speed run record for Super Mario 64. He also owns and operates a website called Following Revolution, a blog/website based on all video games, which is also home to it's own podcast.

ChiboSempai is a big supporter of Super Smash Bros. Brawl and has been playing it consistantly since a couple weeks before the game came out. He mains Sonic and secondaries Toon Link and R.O.B., all characters which he will be seen using in tournaments, unlike Melee where he was strictly one character. In friendlies ChiboSempai is known to also use Pokemon Trainer (mainly Charizard), Wario, and King Dedede.
