Gammasite is an Ike main from Decatur, Georgia, in the United States. In Melee he mained Dr. Mario, but has lost most of his skill in Melee since Brawl's release, now playing Brawl exclusively.

Gammasite took part in his first tournament in late 2006 at an anime convention, Anime Weekend Atlanta. He lost to a Ness player in his first fight due to freezing up as a result of his inexperience in competitive Smash. He also took part in the GameStop tournament at Brawl's release, making it to the final match of the first round before being beaten by a Pit player.
