Tobi is a German smasher who was born and still lives in Plauen, Germany. He plays with Falco and nearly wins each fight. He is also a good athlete; that`s why he likes to play with fast characters like Falco, Captain Falcon, or Fox. He has a lot of friends and some of them are also good SSBM players, so Tobi and Tham founded the Super Smash Boys.
