X-x-Dyce-x-X (or simply "Dyce") is an American smasher. Completely unrecognized in the tournament scene (due to the fact that he has never attended a single tournament), but is somewhat highly recognized in the SWF, thanks to his constant input and establishment of a few semi-popular threads.
Dyce mains Ness in SSB64, Falco in SSBM, but has always had a soft spot for Link, who he religiously "secondaries" and (according to Dyce) "will never leave his 'starting line-up', regardless of how terrible he may potentially turn out to be in a smash game".
Dyce is also a Sonic the Hedgehog enthusiast, has wanted him since SSB64, is part of the Sonic support group: S.S.S., and plans on giving him full dedication in Brawl.

As a lifestyle, Dyce does not take many things seriously. The only thing he takes remotely seriously is SSBM and sketching/doodling. He enjoys cracking jokes and teasing others on and off the boards, but will snap into focus to debate against something he finds incorrect, unnecessary, unfair, or just plain unlawful.
Dyce is currently a student at Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey, is majoring in Computer Science, and plans on attending a four year college post-graduation. Where he plans to go afterwards, however, is unknown at this time.

Dyce is superstitious when it comes to choosing a character's colors. He believes that he performs better than normal with certain colors, even if he does not approve of them himself.
