Tuff is a Jigglypuff player who specializes in sleeping and singing. Tuff is the first of the Hyphy Crew to successfully beat single player to unlock FD. He is currently at a crossroads, having a difficult time deciding on whether to stick with Jigglypuff, or go back to Roy as his main.
