Ilijazi94 is an up-and-coming Smasher from New Jersey. Widely considered to be a G by many people, he is quite a humble person. Known to use the word "Bro" in semi-excessiveness, it seems the light can only get brighter for this young Smasher. If you feel the need to hit him up, his AIM is Ilijazi94.

[edit] Early Days
Back in 2006, when SSBM was all the rage with two of his best friends, he wondered if all the things he had heard about it were true. Contemplating whether or not to borrow it, his friends told him: "The rating may be 'T for Teen', but the game isn't even all that violent. If the game was re-released today, it would be probably be like E or something. Reluctantly, he borrowed the game, though he was still troubled by its "T" rating. Becoming addicted to it, he asked to borrow it for a few more days. After the school year ended, he did not have anything to do with the game for a few months, until one day his sister decided to take him to Toys R' Us to buy him a game because she loved him (Something that Ilijazi94 doubts to this very day). Unable to find his original choice (Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, which he obtained almost 2 years later), Super Smash Bros. Melee caught his eye. Nearly drooling over the game, he told his sister he didn't want it because it was too expensive. When she reassured him by telling to not worry about it, he got the game. Coming home and popping the disk in his Nintendo GameCube, he played, slowly but surely becoming better and better at it.
[edit] Today
Today, Ilijazi94 has evolved into a threat in the Prospect Park, New Jersey Smash Community, becoming the best in his town. Him and another Prospect Park Smasher, VRHT, have constantly battled, with Ilijazi94 coming out on top almost everytime. While Ilijazi does not say VRHT is necessarily bad at the game, he does say he has room to improve, saying:
- "VRHT is a good Smasher, but he overthinks things. Smash is just one of those games where you can't think about what's gonna happen. Just go with the flow and you'll do perfectly fine. I mean, I've studied advanced techs and everything, but I'm not all 'Come on, Fast-Fall! I've gotta get this combo right!'. No, I just study as much as I can and sub-conciously incorporate it into my gameplay. I think that's why I've gotten to where I've gotten today. Of course, for what it's worth, Smashboards, GameFAQs, and other Smash sites actually taught me the advanced techs."
[edit] Future
Ilijazi94 does not seem to have any plans for the future, at least not right now. For now, girls occupy most of his time, so Smash isn't as big a priority as it used to be. It has even been rumored that Ilijazi is planning on retiring from playing Smash, except for maybe the occasional match once in a while.
