Reaper Fan is an American Super Smash player from Oklahoma. Reaper Fan (just "Reaper" for short) enjoys playing all installments of the Super Smash series, and has been playing since the release of Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64. About 2 years after the release of Melee, he lost interest in the game due to having unlocked everything and not having other friends to play against. A little more than a year before the release of Brawl, Reaper found a friend who thoroughly enjoyed the games, and his interest in the games was rekindled. He was never part of the competitive scene due to his long absence from the games and lack of skill in advanced techniques. It was Reaper's idea that the more work you put into the game to be good at it, the less fun you have playing. This was mostly influenced by watching tournament videos on youtube, and while being impressed at the player's skills, saw no excitement on the player's faces. It was because of this mentality that he never felt like learning the advanced techniques to play at competitive levels, and only played as good as his natural skill would allow. Reaper had been closely following the updates for Brawl, and had planned to main King Dedede ever since his confirmation. He has participated in a several local Brawl tournaments, and has not placed in less than 9th in any of them, and winning two of them.

  • Favorite method of KOing is with a suicide
  • Due to a short attention span, grows tired of using characters fairly quickly and as such, switches mains often.
