[edit] Images

Hey, I noticed that you've been uploading quite a few images recently. Don't get me wrong, they are all wonderful contributions. However, on wikia, we must comply with international copyright laws. That said, you must place a license:

This file is copyrighted. The individual who uploaded this work and first used it in an article, and subsequent persons who place it into articles, assert that this qualifies as fair use of the material under United States copyright law.

on images that are copyrighted by Nintendo or other companies. Also, images MUST be low resolution, meaning "small". You must downsize the image in order for it to comply with "fair use". Also, they must only be used on its specific article.

However, in cases like flags, which may be seen on some articles, this license may be used:

This file has been released into the public domain by the copyright holder, its copyright has expired, or it is ineligible for copyright. This applies worldwide.

because flags are not eligible for copyright. Those images may be of any size, and used for any article, even your userpage.

I've changed everything to comply for fair use in your image here, but I have no time to do so with all of your uploaded images, so if you see any image missing the above factors, please add the correct licensing and correct dimensions. Thanks!--Misken67 21:27, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
