Mewtwo does suck, he doesn't have any strong KO moves, he is floaty and is a large target, his moves are low priority and low accuracy, and on top of that, he's hard to control. His only good moves are his grabs, even his specials are terrible. Shadow Ball has a long charge time, is slow, and travels in a jagged path. Confusion is only good for disruption, Disable SUUUCKS, and Teleport doesn't damage. Hmm, I like the suggestions, but I would like to comment on them.

I'll admit that Ivysaur shouldn't be as high as I put him, but he isn't terrible. But I'll lower him.
Meta Knight being first is aiming a little too high. He deserves to be top, but not #1.
Toon Link isn't first anymore, but he still is really good. Compared to Link, they're almost on par, but Toon Link is slightly better. The first is Ike now.
I didn't mean to put Squirtle there. He deserves to be higher than that.
After a little test I just did, I do think I should switch Ness and Lucas.
That Wolf and Falco one is tough. I do need to put Falco higher than Fox, but I think Wolf is superior to both.
Olimar excels in one-to-one combat, so he's in the lower High section.
Marth is very light for his size, so he can get knocked off really. Also Ike can edgeguard easier than Marth.
I think Luigi is a tad bit better than Mario.
