As a sysop, you can turn people into admins/other sysops, am I right? I think it would be a good idea to make admins out of a handful of the active editors (me, simna, anyone really), so that we could facilitate some of the more.....admin-like duties ^_^. I feel horrible about trying to rush sysoping, but I believe more are needed yet. I recomend MaskedMarth, Simna, Delphiki, and myself, as aforementioned. Or at least a bit of an explanation why this is taking a bit longer than "in a short while" as mentioned in December. No need to feel horrible, it's a necessary feature of making this wiki more than just an internet trash heap over time. There's 24 active sysops at MediaWiki.org to field 1,800 articles and even they have administrative coverage issues. -- Randall00 ^Talk 21:43, August 10, 2007 (EDT)

He really ought to be blocked from contributing (permanently) seeing as how his account's been banned at SWF. You would, after all, be keeping in accordance with the policy Kirby King set forth regarding banned users at SWF.
