Known Vandal Edit

Saw your comment on C-Hawk's talk page. The known vandal is an entity by the name of 'TheKingOfBrawl' whose IP was tracked to (at least one) vandal edit to C-Hawk's page. In addition, he admitted on the SmashBoards to several incidents of vandalism that our patron, Kirby King, chastised him on. C-Hawk and I also suspect him of using IP proxies to disguise his vandalism. In case you do not know what a proxy is, it is a website that hides your IP behind its own and allows you to surf masked under its IP. These are very difficult to track, but there is a list of IPs that are known proxy protocols. Under one of these numbers, after 'TheKingOfBrawl's IP was banned, additional edits of a very similar nature to the previous known vandal edits were made. The case is strong, but impossible, to prove if the additional edits were of TheKingOfBrawl's genesis. Furthermore, several edits were made to C-Hawk's page by an unidentified IP that were of a particular complaint that, approximately 3 minutes after they were made, were complained about to C-Hawk in SLAPAHO's Youtube account. In essence, we are sure of at least one incident (meaning, several edits in succession of a particular vitriolic nature) and have suspicions of several others. For confidentiality purposes, we cannot release the IP in question, but rifling through page histories might disclose it to you. Additionally, C-Hawk and I were berated by this guy for weeks about nothing in particular where he admitted that he 'felt nothing but hate and depression,' and revealed that he is racist and harbors sexual desires of a particularly perverted nature.
