Firstly, you can't delete pages, you can only tag them for deletion.
Secondly, if a page has been tagged for deletion, the discussion should take place on the article's talk page, not on the talk page of the user who tagged the page.
Thirdly, if you are thinking about tagging a page for deletion, please read the talk page to see if deletion has already been discussed, and look at the article's history as a page that is over a year old is not likely to be deleted as it's not likely to be unnecessary. Pages which are five minutes old and contain nothing but "'Maniac Is Sonic's So Called Brother......But He's Not.Weird Huh?I Think He Rocks Out On The Drums And He Is A Pro." should be tagged for deletion. It is unlikely that a page with a long history with many different contributors is a spam page.
Lastly, if you are going to tag a page for deletion, please place the tag on the article itself, not on its talk page. If you place a delete tag on the talk page, it will simply be removed.

[edit] Re:Super Vegeta

Who exactly is Super Vegeta? Does he have an account here? --Posted by Pikamander2 (Talk) at 21:13, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

He's the guy who taught me how to use wikis then I found out he liked to vandalize Mcleodgaming wiki. Fortunately he hasn't come here

[edit] Talk page edits

Hi, to keep editing other talk pages with asking to participate in polls is almost like spam. If you want to ask people to participate in your polls, it will be best to use the blog page on your user page than to ask multiple people. Thanks, Solar Dragon (Talk) 15:40, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

Ok, I got it on my blog now. --Tuth (talk) 15:45, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

Ok then. Thanks for understanding. Solar Dragon (Talk) 15:46, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, don't do this again. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 00:08, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

That was not nesacesary because first of all, I did not mean it bo be spam. Second of all, Solar Dragon is dealing with this and you don't have to stick your nose in. Third of all, do you really think I'd be so stupid as to do it again?!?!!?!?!?! I'm not trying to be rude, but you edit was as unwanted as my talk page edits were. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tuth (talkcontribs)

yeah, it was a bit unneccessary but i wouldn't speak to an admin like that. Bad mouthing an admin could lower their opinion on you. Just to warn you. Solar Dragon (Talk) 18:16, September 23, 2009 (UTC)
ARGH Please read this immediately, Solar Dragon. I don't care who he speaks like that to, it's equally rude. The only difference between Administrators and other users is that we can block trolls, whereas other users have to ask an Administrator to do it. If they deserve a ban, they'll be banned no matter who they troll. PenguinofDeath 18:44, September 23, 2009 (UTC)
I know about that it is just that I have seen in another case on another wiki that someone was blocked for longer than they deserved for bad mouthing most of the admins on the wiki. This was eventually lessened after much discussion but by then, he had served almost all of his three month ban for an offense that I would have given two weeks. Solar Dragon (Talk) 19:08, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

I'm sorry about the yelling/talking in bold text and forgetting to sign the post. Just to make you sure I WILL NOT do any more useless talk page edits. If you two want to argue please do it on one of your talk pages and not mine. --Tuth (talk) 15:21, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Uploading Brawl images

Hi, do you know of any way of uploading Brawl images without using a video camera? I know that Brawl allows SD cards to be used to save images, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the image... I see so many images on the site that aren't from the DOJO, and I'm wondering how to capture images off of Brawl. Do you know of anything that can do this? randomchupunch99 (talk) 03:20, September 25, 2009 (UTC)

Hope you don't mind if I answer this. The only way, apart form DOJO and SD card way is to take very bad quality images with a camera of the TV. These do not work well though. To get the SD card to work, you save the photo from Brawl to that, copy and paste to the computer and then convert the file to .jpg or.png or something like that. You can use an image converter or Paint and save it as one of those instead. Solar Dragon (Talk) 05:22, September 25, 2009 (UTC)
I'm not sure if you mean that you don't know how to take snapshots, or if you mean that you don't know how to get snapshots from your Wii onto SmashWiki, so I'll explain both.
To take a snapshot, just pause the game and it will tell you what to do. You can zoom in and out, rotate around a fixed point, or scroll left, right, up and down to get a better angle for your snapshot, and the pause screen tells you how to do all of this. When you press the relevant button for actually capturing the image, a preview of the snapshot will be displayed on the screen, and it will then ask you whether or not you want to save it (you can save images to the photo album or straight to an SD card).
For clarity, the SD card method of uploading Brawl images is as follows:
  • Insert both the Brawl disk and an SD card into your Wii
  • Go to the "Album" section of Brawl
  • Copy a snapshot to the SD card
  • Take the SD card out of your Wii and put it into an SD card reader, then put the SD card reader into your computer
  • Convert your snapshot here - click "Browse" and select the snapshot on the SD card reader (which can be found in My Computer), then click "Decrypt"
  • Save the converted image to somewhere on your computer like My Pictures, or even create a new folder for Brawl Snapshots
  • Upload the converted image to SmashWiki in the same way that you would upload any other image
PenguinofDeath 08:15, September 25, 2009 (UTC)
Thanks a lot, Solar Dragon, PenguinofDeath. I've known how to take snapshots for quite some time. Seeing that there were so many snapshots that could only have been taken using Brawl's built-in feature, so I used it with a spare SD Card, but when I opened up the folder to see the file, I saw a .bin file, which obviously wasn't an image, and I got confused. Anyways, that converter site helped a lot. Thanks. randomchupunch99 (talk) 19:27, September 25, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] About them userboxes...

I noticed you copied the userboxes from my userpage and started changed the text in them. That's perfectly fine. However, you should be a bit more careful - for example, I don't really want someone else's userpage claiming to say "I wrote a Brawl FAQ", which was in the Pichu userbox. I didn't delete anything, but I did hide it, so that the code is still there but it won't display. Once you've altered the boxes, just remove the <!-- and --> to unhide everything. [edit] Hmmm... Number Two

The account of yours that I have had the most contact with was Railizardz - one of the reasons why I banned him was for malicious sockpuppeting, which is also the reason why I've just banned you. You are Tuth, MaxPain90, Ba-Boom headshot!!!, Judge9, Hiiii, Vandle catcher, Vandal catcher, RailizardZ and Railizardz. You have now created nine accounts - because of this, I'm also going to prevent you from creating any more accounts with which to edit SmashWiki. Do not try to evade this ban - we are good at catching sockpuppets, and any new accounts you attempt to use will be banned permanently as well. PenguinofDeath 22:32, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

The reason that me, Maxpain90, and Ba-boom headshot have the same IP is that we edit in the same computer lab. The reason that I asked about railizardz is that I know (and hate) him. I also know Maxpain and ba-boom headshot. I you let boom headshot edit his user page then we could edit our talk pages at the same time to prove that we are using different computers. So we would like to be unblocked and to be judged by our actual contribs. Also, being is a computer lab is why I'm usually on at the same time. If you look to see which IP my account was created on, it should be different then the one I usually edit on too.Tuth the tough Mii You got owned! Visit Mint Brick Wiki! 14:51, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
Going by your contribs, you seemed like similar enough people to make me check to see if you were actually the same person. The IP you created your account on doesn't really matter much as you can create an account anywhere - it's the IP you edit from the most that matters. Your main IPs and browser agents are the same, which could be explained by you editing in the same computer lab, or it could be explained by you being the same person. If you do indeed edit from the same computer lab, I don't really want to allow Railizardz to be able to return to SmashWiki, so, unless you, MaxPain90 and Ba-Boom headshot!!! can convince me that you would be great assets to this wiki, I'm not really inclined to unblock you. Also, even if you were to edit your user pages at exactly the same time, it would prove nothing - you could be editing from two computers next to each other, or you could get a friend to make an edit for you at the right time. Unfortunately, at this point, there is no way you can prove to me that you are different people. Sorry, PenguinofDeath 16:11, October 27, 2009 (UTC)
"Going by your contribs, you seemed like similar enough people to make me check to see if you were actually the same person."
-I don't really think that that much is similiar about our contribs. If you are suspicious about the times that we usually edit it is because we edit in the computer lab at the same time. And I've never done something as retarted as pretty much report MYSELF on the admin's noticeboard.
"I don't really want to allow Railizardz to be able to return to SmashWiki"
-That's understandable but I don't think that the three of us could do much damage. Our edits could be easily rolledback and our accounts could easily be banned. And you could keep account creation blocked here and on the computer I created my account on so you could limit the trouble you think we would cause.
"Unless you, MaxPain90 and Ba-Boom headshot!!! can convince me that you would be great assets to this wiki"
-I don't know exactly how to prove that we are 'great assets' but we try to help this Wiki with our edits and suggestions as much as we can. Also I'm going to start doing subspace enemy HP investigation which I'm going to start posting on this talk page.
"I'm not really inclined to unblock you."
-Yep, there is no reason except that I HAVE CONTACTED THE WIKIA STAFF AND THEY WILL DEAL WITH YOU IF YOU DON'T UNBLOCK ME JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE LAZY Tuth the tough Mii You got owned! Visit Mint Brick Wiki!
It's not just the times you edit, it's also your style and the sorts of things you come out with.
The three of you? According to you, there's you, MaxPain90, Ba-Boom headshot!!! and Railizardz - that's four people. And no, you couldn't do any long-term damage, and yes your edits could be easily reverted if necessary, but then why would you ever block anyone? It's just so that we don't have to go through the hassle.
To me, your contributions don't show any real desire to improve the wiki - that may sound harsh, and you may really want to help, but that's not the way your edits come across to me.
Last but certainly not least: Wow... In that one comment you shouted at me, threatened me and directly insulted me. At first I felt sorry for you, as it was possible that you were telling the truth and that you are in fact not the same person as Railizardz, but now I don't really feel sorry you - I am in fact far less inclined to unblock you now than I was before. And just to let you know, Staff very rarely intervene in situations like this, but even if they did, I'm sorry to say that they probably wouldn't side with you. PenguinofDeath 17:50, October 28, 2009 (UTC)
Tuth, just a few words of advice. Unleashing the fury of caps lock while asking an admin to do something for you isn't the smartest thing to do. And this is a situation where you can't prove yourself, sadly. You see, over the internet, there is A LOT of trust involved. For example, in real life, I could be a crying, teary pussy who flips out and sweeps everybody's lunch off the table in a crying fit. I could be a bully who grabs younger kids and shoves their face down the toilet. No one will know for sure, because it is completely my word that they go by. PoD doesn't really trust your word in this case because of the given circumstances. No hard feelings, okay? Just some advice.L33t Silvie I see wat u did thar... 23:41, October 28, 2009 (UTC)
Uh, I wish that you would tell me how they are similar but my guess is that it is because of these four problems people have had with me:
  1. I advertised my polls on people's talk pages;
  2. I claimed that I had won one of the forum discussions;
  3. I said "Don't you dare think you've won!" on the same forum discussion;
  4. I made a forum topic that was found to be useless;
  5. And finally, my threat a while ago.
All the above problems only happened once and I stopped after I was warned. And the threat wasn't needed but since I talked to Wikia staff, I thought I needed to warn you. The capitals were not needed and I apologize for them. Tuth the tough Mii You got owned! Visit Mint Brick Wiki!
You might apologise for doing things, you might only do it once and you may stop doing it as soon as someone issues you with a warning about it, but the fact that you do things that people have to warn you about doesn't really strengthen your case. As I said before, nothing you can do or say can prove that you're telling the truth, and as L33tSilvie said, no hard feelings - it's not because I don't like you or anything like that, it's because I have reason to believe that you are the sockpuppet of a user who is attempting to use another account to evade their ban, and though I can't be 100% certain about it, the evidence points towards that being the case, so, given the situation, I don't think it's that unreasonable to keep you blocked. Also, contacting Wikia was unnecessary - you could just contact another SmashWiki Administrator (a list of whom is available here) if you think I'm being unreasonable, or even a Bureaucrat (Shadowcrest or Clarinet Hawk) if you think that I'm abusing my powers as an Administrator. PenguinofDeath 17:46, October 29, 2009 (UTC)
Ok, that's fine. No hard feelings to you either and thank you for at least letting me continue to edit my talk page. Keep up the good work against vandalism. Tuth the tough Mii You got owned! Visit Mint Brick Wiki!

[edit] Enemy HP testing

It seems as if SSE enemies actually don't have HPs and the damage of attacks aren't really based on what damage they do normally. I found out when I was testing against a ROB sentry with toon link. F-air (13%) killed it when a fully charged and then an uncharged arrow (12+4=16%) didn't. Also, borobas apparently had 8 HP in easy and 11 in normal. I've killed brobas on easy with 6% and 7% attacks. I could kill him on normal by using bowsers first hit of neutral combo twice (10% total) even though toon link's dash attack (also 10%) wouldn't do the trick. This could explain toomai's trouble against paratroopas and also why he is pretty sure that attacks don't have SMN in SSE. If I am somehow mistaken, please tell me. If I am not, I suggest that SSE enemy HP testing should be canceled. Tuth the tough Mii You got owned! Visit Mint Brick Wiki!
