Actually, Falco has an unexplained New York/Brooklyn accent. I haven't heard enough of his lines to tell for sure, but I'm rather confident that it's from that area. You may not like them, but it's truth that they exist. The main question is how much the effect one's level of play, but they do exist. Don't start fights, don't treat your opinion as fact. It's true that people can master low-tier characters. That doesn't change the fact that the computer-limited moves and attacks can theoretically limit a character. It's like a .22 gun versus a .44 gun. The .44 is capable of more damage, but in the hands of an unskilled shooter against a master marksman with the .22 will change the outcome. It doesn't change the fact that the .44 gun has the possibility, but is not guaranteed of doing more damage.

Wait a sec - you tell this guy not to treat his opinion as fact, and to keep his opinions restricted to the forum, but whilst doing so, you treat your opinion as fact (quote: it's truth that they exist; improper grammar btw) and are doing so in a non forum area!
