Wall jumping is a technique introduced in Super Smash Bros. Melee and later reappears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Wall jumping, put simply, is the act of using the wall to perform a small jump.

Wall ClingEdit

Wall clinging is a technique that can be done by Squirtle, Sheik, Diddy Kong, and Lucario. It involves wall jumping to a extent. However, they can cling on to the wall for a set amount of time, and can also wall jump off the wall at any time.

TriviaEdit

• Mario, Samus and Sonic are the only wall jumpers who could wall jump in their original games.
• If Lucario aims his ExtremeSpeed Up Special Move into a wall, he will wall cling. When Lucario ends the wall cling, however, he cannot use the move again until landing.
